N. Rallis II, CPA
John
is a Certified Public Accountant (Florida) and Shareholder of RALLIS * SEGUNDO,
P.A. His practice focuses on comprehensive tax management for business
entities and their owners, the financially independent, and foreign nationals
investing in the US. He also frequently supports the legal profession with
litigation support services.
WORK HISTORY
From 1993-2001 he was Managing Partner of Rallis & Perez, P. A., a CPA firm
he co-founded after serving in the Middle Market Audit practice at Price
Waterhouse where he served clients including The Walt Disney Company, Silver
Springs, and Sea World.
In
2001, John was appointed Principal Consultant in the Tax and Legal Services
Division of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP where his clients included Universal
Studios and Ripley’s Believe it or Not!
Twice recognized as a "PricewaterhouseCoopers All-Star," he also
served as an instructor in the PwC Continuing Professional Education program.
He founded RALLIS * SEGUNDO, P. A. to bring his Big Four experience to ‘middle
market’ companies and the financially independent.
EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND
John has a BBA from Emory University, an MBA from the University of Florida, and
has done postgraduate work in Taxation at the University of Central Florida.
John remains active in education as Adjunct Professor of accounting and finance
at Valencia College. At Valencia, he coordinated the West Campus Accounting
Internship Program and served on the Accounting Advisory Committee.
CIVIC INVOLVEMENT
John is a frequent keynote speaker to professional and civic organizations. He
has served on the Board of Directors of Hospice of Central Florida, the
YMCA-Osceola, Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church, and Psaltiki, Inc. (where he
currently serves as CFO).
He
has also volunteered with the Heart of Florida United Way (as Price Waterhouse’s
“Loaned Executive” and later as a Member of the Finance Committee), the
Downtown Orlando Rotary Club, and MD Anderson's Ambulatory (Cancer) Treatment
Center. He is also a Member of the American Hellenic Progressive Association (“AHEPA”).

MEMBERSHIPS and RECOGNITIONS
John maintains Memberships in the Tax Section and the Personal Financial
Planning Section of the American Institute of CPAs. He was recognized in 1996 by
Marquis Who's Who in Industry and Finance and again in 2004 by National
Register's Who's Who. He is also a member of the Central Florida Tax Roundtable.
